what program to use?

umm i was wondering what a good free program is that allows me to make icons?

    You can download free trials

    You can download free trials of most programs but you'd have to pay for it if you wanted it for good. You can make very simple icons on "paint" which is a program on all Windows but other than that try downloading free trials to Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.

    if you search on limewire or

    if you search on limewire or something you can get a full version of any program. buuut you have to be careful to not get one with a virus/spyware.
